Hi, I’m Keaton
I’m a student at the University of Akron, and Zerrusen Automation is the business I’m building while I finish school. I got into this work by noticing a problem up close: talking with real estate agents around Akron, I kept hearing the same thing in different words. “I know I’m losing leads because I can’t follow up fast enough.” “Invoicing is the part of my job I put off the longest.”
None of that is a talent problem. It’s a time problem, and it’s the kind of problem well-built automation is good at solving: quietly, reliably, and without asking you to become a software expert.
How I work
Every engagement starts with understanding how you actually work. I build around the tools you already use, test with controlled data, and only turn something on after you’ve reviewed it. If something isn’t working the way you need, you tell me directly and I fix it.
Real estate is where I started, and the same approach applies to many businesses that run on leads, follow-up, and deadlines. I’m based in Akron, Ohio.
